A political movement, we2gedaNg, is planning an official launch of the forum, where the modus operandi as well as the nationwide representatives of the group will be unveiled.
The movement, which was set up two years ago, has been engaging millions of Nigerians through radio, TV and on-line platforms.
In an issued statement, signed by the National Convener of the movement, Ibrahim Hussain AbdulKarim, it said the event will be held on Friday, February 4th, at the Bristol Palace Hotel, Kano by 3p.m prompt.
The event, which will be strictly by invitation, is geared towards the sole purpose of uniting young Nigerians under one platform that would forge a common platform which would ensure active youth participation and inclusiveness in the collective task of nation-building.
The Convener added that We2geda comprises young and vibrant Nigerians in all the major political parties, as well as the non-partisan ones who share in the vision of the group working together for a better and prosperous Nigeria where all lives matter.
Abdulkarim enjoined Nigerians, irrespective of ethnic or religious affiliation, to join hands with We2geda in order to extricate Nigeria from the cesspool of many social maladies that bedevilled its progress and stunts its development.
