The Executive Chairman of ATAR Communications Nig. Ltd, Alhaji (Dr.) Ahmed Tijjani Ramalan, has announced that the Multi-Broadcast media company would soon launch its brand of frequency modulation FM Radio station, and in Kano, Nigeria and Digital TV Studios in Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates, (UAE).
The new platforms, Liberty Radio 103.3FM, Kano and Liberty Black Entertainment Studios, in UAE, Ramalan said, are projects aimed at introducing top quality Hausa contents of News, Current Affairs, Politics on Kano RadioFM and Black Entertainment and Documentary Contents on TV for the Middle-East and African Regions (MEA).
The Kano FM Radio Station and Dubai TV Studios, he added, would be built on the LibertyRadio FMs and LibertyTV Nigeria’s channel brands and the Global experience garnered over the years in pushing out distinctive content to the Nigerian and universal audience.
According to the management, the FM Radio station would be situated in Kano, Nigeria and the BlackET TV Digital Studios in Dubai, UAE to target ‘high net worth’ professionals, who expectedly would bring to bear their individual capacities for distinguished programming and quality content to Middle-East West and African eyeballs.
The Executive Chairman added that there was no compromise in terms of quality, as state-of-the-art equipment would be deployed for the projects, even as there are moves to further equip the already trained professionals with the latest technology in the Group.
The stations are expected to commence test transmission in this 2021 Holy month of Ramadan, while the commercial broadcasting is expected to start in May or early June 2021.
