Breaking: Kidnapped Kagara students, staff regain freedom

The students and staff of Government Science College, Kagara, in Niger State, kidnapped by armed bandits have finally regained freedom, Voice of Liberty has gathered.

The Governor of Niger state, Abubakar Bello, will receive the students at the Government House later today, according to our source.

A total of 27 students, three staff members, and 12 members of their family were abducted while a Senior Secondary School 3 student was killed after an attack on the Kagara School in the early hours of Wednesday, February 17, 2021 by bandits who were dressed in military uniforms.

The release of the Kagara students comes a day after 317 schoolgirls were abducted from Government Girls Secondary School, Jangebe in Zamfara state.
