The Governor of Delta State, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa, has lost his father Sir Arthur Okowa.
It was gathered that the Governor’s father died in the early hours of today Thursday 28 January, 2021.
Born in 1932 in Owa Alero, Ika North East Local Government Area of the state, Arthur was said to have passed on at the age of 89.
