Kaduna Insecurity: Cleric advocates seeking God’s intervention

As the insecurity that comes in the forms of banditry and kidnapping in Kaduna takes a turn with telecommunications shut down and motorcycles banned in some parts, a cleric has called for prayers to seek God’s intervention to end the menace.

Pastor Francis Musa, the Resident Pastor of House of Purpose in Unguwan Sunday, Chikun Local Government Area Kaduna State, made the call in Kaduna. He urged residents of the state to always seek God’s intervention to overcome any insecurity challenges bedeviling the state

Musa said when people seek God’s intervention, there will be an end to economic emptiness and the many challenges the state faces.

In the face of these, Musa said the Church will organize a National Convention themed “Kingdom Blessing” to encourage Nigerian leaders and citizens alike to pray for wisdom, divine visitation, and help from God.

He explained that this is not time to talk about the problems but rather talking about tangible solutions through the Kingdom Blessing of God.

“God will answer Nigerians when they reach out to Him in terms of sincerity.

“Solution is possible; we should not relent in praying for the country because God will visit us.

“I have high hope that Nigeria can be changed.

“I have hope that if we pray as we are going to do in the National Convention slated for 3rd to 5th November God will give wisdom to our leaders to boost their efforts”  he said.

Governor Nasir Ahmad el-rufai of Kaduna State.
