The news of the appointment of Dr. Hakeem Baba-Ahmed as the Special Adviser to Vice-President, Kashim Shettima, was met with congratulatory messages from various quarters, including the Northern Broadcast Media Owners Association, (NBMOA).
Recall that the announcement of Dr. Hakeem’s appointment as the Special Adviser on Political Matters in the office of the Vice-President by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, was made yesterday.
Chairman of NBMOA’s Board of Trustees, Alhaji (Dr) Ahmed Tijjani Ramalan, in a press statement on Tuesday, extended warm congratulations to Dr. Baba-Ahmed on his new role.
The association said his appointment is a testament to his dedication to public service and his commitment to the betterment of Nigeria, adding that it marks a noteworthy addition to the political landscape of the country and a significant development for Nigeria.
NBMOA expressed its pride in having him as a member and wished him the best in his service to the nation.
Dr. Hakeem Baba-Ahmed, a well-respected figure and the spokesman of the Northern Elders Forum (NEF), has been recognised for his expertise and contributions to the nation.
