Kaduna State High Court sitting in Dogarawa in Sabon Gari Local Government Area in Zaria on Friday ruled in favour of Emir Ahmad Nuhu Bamali. Justice Kabir Dabo in his ruling, stated that Bamali can be inaugurated as Emir on Monday, November 9th by Governor Nasir Ahmad El-Rufai of Kaduna State. Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai and nine others have been dragged to the state’s High Court over the appointment of a new Emir of Zazzau, Ahmed Bamali.
