NRC Lagos-Ibadan train service begins tomorrow

Scheduled train service between Lagos and Ibadan will begin tomorrow, Tuesday, twice a day, the Nigerian Railway Corporation (NRC) has said. The NRC will mark the full operation of the Standard Gauge service since the formal commissioning by President Buhari last week. The management of NRC announced the schedule yesterday, in a statement issued by its Lagos District Manager, Jerry Oche. Buhari inaugurates Lagos-Ibadan Standard Gauge

President Muhammadu Buhari has officially inaugurated the 157km double track Lagos-Ibadan standard gauge. The inauguration ceremony took place on Thursday morning.
