The Secretary-General/Registrar of the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria, Dr. Faruk Abubakar, has said that over 7,000 professional nurses leave the country for greener pastures. Fuel Hike: Nigerian Nurses, Midwives serve strike notice

The National Association of Nigerian Nurses and Midwives (NANNM) has given the Federal Government a two-week ultimatum within which to reverse the increase in the price of fuel and electricity tariff or face an indefinite strike action.
